With the unveiling of the new 2019 Ford F-150, the American automotive giant seeks to show the world that it doesn’t plan on stopping to continually enhance and upgrade the venerable design. It’s been almost 3 years since Ford released the latest aluminum version of the F-150. Due to the prolonged wait, the Ford has decided to take its formula of a high-tech pick-up truck to a whole new level. With a brand, new fascia, tailgate, and a set of headlights, the new F-150 will be more than a simple facelift.
2019 Ford F-150 – Use of Lighter Aluminum Body
The most welcoming exterior feature of the upcoming 2019 Ford F-150 will be the use of lighter aluminum body panels, instead of steel ones. This, along with more aerodynamical lines, will substantially contribute to the fuel economy of the new truck. Additionally, the new F-150 will have increased payload capacity and will be more resilient in general. The truck is expected to come in a number of variants, all of which will have their own subtle and small exterior features. However, all of them will have one thing in common, and that is a slightly overhauled design. The front of the truck will feature a redesigned front fascia, with a famous 3-bar grille. This grille will be flanked with redesigned LED headlights, as well as fog lights. The rear of the new Ford will contain a more aggressive-looking spoiler, and electronically operated tailgate and newly designed tail lights.
Tech Equipment and Design
Although the new 2019 Ford F-150 is a pick-up truck intended for rugged terrains and poor driving conditions, its interior is, nevertheless, attractively designed. It will not be the most luxurious truck on the market, but it will offer plenty in terms of comfort and driving pleasure. The supportive seats will come covered with Mojave and black leather. They will be also equipped with cooling and heating functions, as well as a multi-contour messaging and a 10-way power adjustment functions. The dashboard is expected to be trimmed in soft-touch materials and provide maximum convenience. It will contain the latest SYNC system, an 8-inch infotainment screen, and a MyFord touch suite.
